life help: I’m 16 and yet im acting 30! - Help.com

I’m 16 and yet im acting 30!

To begin with my parents passed away when I was young so I was put in the custody of my grandparents. Little did I know that would make me into the little house maid I am today.

Grandpa: 2 heart attacks, 1 stroke, 1 case of conjesstive heart failure.
Grandma: 1 heart attack, Suffer from short term memory loss

Through out my life time, I have taken care of both of them, witht he aid of my grandmother from time to time. My uncle has pitched in some time here and there but he reccently died about 2 weeks ago. He has a little daughter named Chrissy whom in his will comes to me and my grandparents. She is but 13 so Ill aslo be taking care of her. If we can not show children and youth we an provide for her then she will be taken and put up for adoption.

I dont want to loose her but i dont know how Im going to, work, take care of the 3, go to school and also take careof my life. Money isnt an issue but its How I am going to deal with doing all fo this.

I need some ideas, some advice, somthing…anyone?

If money isn’t an issue, why work?

For a practical start, hire people to help — since you say that money is not an issue. Hire a maid to come in for a few hours every Saturday to clean the house; hire a local youth to keep up the outdoors (lawn, snow in winter). Try to buy ready-prepared food to help eliminate cooking.

Would this help?

What I meant to say was we have enough money to meet the bills for each mounth. If I wuld stop working then it’d be a problem. Sorry for the confusion, I only put that in there so people woudn’t think I’m asking for money.

I will look into the local youth groups thats a given there, Ill see if anyone would lend a hand but the maid…not sure on that one.
