Hello, my name is jayson i play basketball and have

been for 10 years im 14 now and 6′3 im in san diego as of now i live in las vegas im in san diego for a basketball tournament i do start on the team but when i travel i cant help but get nervous i need something to calm me down so i can have a good game ive been on a cold streak lately and this is why can someone help me out?

What do you like to do other than football? Maybe you can do something you really like to do while you’re traveling to keep your mind off of things. Play video games or something.
