Pain in the Leg

I woke up with pain in my leg. It’s throbbing or stinging pain. I can move my leg but it just hurts. Anyone know what it may be?

maybe it’s a cramp, i get them all the time when i’m sleeping and then it hurts for a few days after.

if it is a cramp it can be from pulling it or from low potassium
