well first of all get off this site. HIGHLY ADDICTING!! lmao
but just limit yourself to like 2 hours a day or something and then keep bringing the time down if you want. oo you can reward yourself if you make it through the day without going over the limit

Find a friend or relative who you can trust, to take your computer from you for a certain amount of time. You can then use that time to find other things to do and get rid of your addiction. When you think you are ready, you can then get your computer back. However, if you need your computer for your education or for work, do like what angel_devil09 said and limit yourself to a set number of hours a day.

Break your computer. Or set a parental control lock on the internet and randomly type a password. Cold turkey brother.

Yes I agree.

Use the parental control but lock out the websites you have trouble staying away from. You can list the ones you don’t want. Then type a random password.

try to unplug for a while and go out with your friends or by yourself. leave your house and go do something outside that you love and hopefully with the people that you love

Yes, I thought that if you locked out the internet altogether, you would rationalize reinstalling the program.
