I have a running argument with a friend…I think 1 or 2, while she thinks 5 or 6 is okay.

For the record, a glass of wine is equal to a shot of vodka or a glass of beer. I say this because all of the above take 1 hour for the liver to process totally. So 1 an hour for 3 hours makes you less drunk then 3 in an hour. So it depends on the company, the length of the party, and whether the hosts drink. As a rule, never drink if they don’t.
