Nose Piercing
So I had my nose pierced a few days ago, and it is healing nicely, there is no pain or sign of infection, and I adore it. But today it fell out, and I had a bit of trouble getting it back in. The piercing has a ponytail end (a spiralling end which holds it in) and evertime I tried to push it back through it wouldn’t go, finally I got it to go halfway through, so the spiral was through and turned around, but the straight part of the piercing (the part that sits in the actual hole in my nose) wouldn’t go through. I felt around inside my nose (icky I know) and realised that the spiral hadn’t actually gone through into my nostril, and was in fact curled somewhere inside my flesh… There was little pain and no blood, but it was just fricking weird! Eventually I put another stud (straight) through to the other side and then tried again with my ponytail stud, it went through easily, but I was a bit disturbed by the first incident… Does anybody else have a nose piercing and the same experience or have you heard about it before…
