Well, as long as there isn’t anyone really important involved (of the prison workers), you should keep it up, and follow the situation closely…but anyways, I’d call a judge or someone
Get a lawyer. Tell the lawyer about this harassment.

How do you know you can’t afford it? Lawyer’s cost scales vary widely and many will take cases like this pro bono. Some might even do it as charity. I’d definitely search out legal counsel if I was you, at least to find out your rights in this matter.

2511 I agree, do you have any that you would like to loan out? My Mom has been in contact with offender services and they are willing to transfer him. It is the case managers at the facility he is in that is causing all the grief. I also know she has been trying to get in touch with the warden there and he is just passing it off to the case managers that are now causing him grief.
He should cease any direct contact with the workers there…
It’s a very dangerous game, but if let them blackmail you, it’ll only be the start…
Try to go to more than one person judge, or another authority…
We will try that. He didn’t go to the case managers, they came to him. We will try another avenue tomarrow.
Have you consulted an attorney?
He’s there for a reason, prison is not meant to comfort the person there. Unless he has had death threats or stabbed he will be there until his time is up. As the saying goes “Don’t do the crime unless your willing to do the time” Hope this helps :-)
