ok, just for the record, they are around 12,5 kg….

well, i lost 7 kg (1,1 stones) in 2 weeks by just eating less…
it depends on your age, if you’ve done something else in the past times (sports), and your body…

It should take about 20 weeks to lose 2 stone.

The safe weight to lose is about 1 to 2 pounds per week.

So to lose 2 stone (28 pounds) at 2 pound maximum per week should take about 14 weeks. However you always lose a bit more in the first week or two, so about 12 weeks, but it should be no quicker than this to be safe and healthy.

If you are exercising, then remember that muscle weighs more than fat, but you will tone up as well, so will appear thinner even if you do not lose as much weight.
