I failed algebra II and got a D in Biology junior year.

But i want to go to a four year, i have those classes again, if i pass with at least a C can i still apply to a four year like san jose state?

Can you apply? Yes.
Will you get in? Depends on your ACT or SAT score and what u got in your other classes. Talk to your school counselor for more detailed info.
