Yes or no?

Alright. So, I need to know if - by following this plan - I will see a noticeable weight loss in eight weeks.
I am now a vegan. So no dairy. Or eggs. And no meat, obviously. Which isn’t a big deal, seeing as how I was a vegetarian for ever.
I’ve also cut sweets and junk food from diet — and I’m feeling great!
I talk the dog on an hour long walk every day.
And I wanted to know if I will see a noticeable weight loss in eight weeks?
I figured eight was a nice time span, but I’m unsure.

My goal is to lose about ten to fifteen pounds by the New Year.

Possible?

Well when i became a vegan i dropped two jean sizes in like 2 months! I was so shocked so you’ll definitely notice!

hun, you don’t have to lose weight, you’re perfect.

and as for the vegan thing, i’m sure you’ve heard this before, but make sure you’re getting all the vitamins and nutrients you need. my friend was a vegan and she had to be hospitalized, and they made her eat dairy and meat.

ew! i havemt had meat in many many years.
i ate a lot of daity and junk amd i want to be healthy/thinner
i’m taking vitamins and stuff, so i’m okay!

well, i can lose 10 lbs in a week, but it’s not actual weight.
that is usually just water weight.
it doesn’t make you look any differnet.

hahah. no.
i was so lazy and stuff.
i mean im thin *& stuff and ate everthing, but i want my bmi to go back to 18 or close to it
so i figure by eating really well and walking i will lose weight?

Excersice and plenty of water is good to speed up the metobolism which is what burns your food off.

10-15lbs by new year is a very good number, you are not makeing an unrealistic goal so thats good.
Also I would like to add that the key to weight is eating more and not less, more healthy food that is varied, you my find the weight slower to come off being a vegan as you are not getting the whole balanced diet.
