Yes or no?
Alright. So, I need to know if - by following this plan - I will see a noticeable weight loss in eight weeks.
I am now a vegan. So no dairy. Or eggs. And no meat, obviously. Which isn’t a big deal, seeing as how I was a vegetarian for ever.
I’ve also cut sweets and junk food from diet — and I’m feeling great!
I talk the dog on an hour long walk every day.
And I wanted to know if I will see a noticeable weight loss in eight weeks?
I figured eight was a nice time span, but I’m unsure.
My goal is to lose about ten to fifteen pounds by the New Year.
Possible?
