Where can I bring a friend (girls night out) in San Francisco for her birthday?

We are both 50. Thanks!

Hmm… I would think it depends on your friend’s interests or the interests you share in common. Usually when I am in the city I visit the De Young, MOMA, China Town and Ghirardellis square and the Fisherman’s Wharf area which are typically daytime activities. There are some nice seafood restaurants in the Ghiradelli area for dinner though? Another great spot for appetizer or drinks and a view is Top of the Mark…

Coit Tower has a nice view of the city at night…

As for clubs there are many places to go and hear music or go dancing depending on your musical interests…

Thanks Ames… I will check out sf.com. I live in Walnut Creek and go to the city all the time, I was just hoping someone knew of something “new” to do.

LOL … I wish I knew of something “new” to do there too. :)) I sometimes drive up to the city looking for something new and exciting.

No… haven’t been - but sounds interesting and like something that would be fun and memorable.

Hmm… I will keep that on my list of things to try next time I visit. My friend, who is from Japan, often visits Japantown and so maybe next time I will join her and do the Kabuki Theater! If you end up going here do let me know how it turns out! :D
