Has anyone here gone to weightwatchers before?

I am going to my first meeting tomorrow. I am kinda worried though because I am only 20, & I feel like I am going to be the only person there that young and everyone will look at me weirdly!

Also, any advice on how to stick with it and stuff???

Thanks!

Hello - I was a totally chunky 20 year old and that is the last time I was chunky lol. I went on my own to a Weight Watchers meeting and they were so nice to me. They try and include you and calm your nerves.

You are right it is a problem to stick to the meetings but you can even do it online some weeks if you cant make the meetings. This isnt really about WW it’s about retraining your eating patterns.

If someone who lived on cheeseburgers and diet cokes (me) can totally change so can you. The other thing is the food they recommend is so tasty you wont look back after you get the hang of it. It partly made me into the cook I am today.

Well done for making the effort - it wont happen overnight but if you give it some time it will possibly change your life. Best of luck - Mas
