man help: Are there any good speech writers out there? - Help.com

Are there any good speech writers out there?

I am the best man at my brothers wedding Friday, and I have yet to write my speech. I have a good idea about what I will say about him, but I have no clue what to say about his fiance. Not that I don’t like her, I do, but I don’t know much about her.

I know, that is my whole problem. Mu brother and I are literally best friends, we hang out constantly so he will be pretty easy. The only things I know about his fiance is that she works REALLy hard, she has 3 jobs, 2 of which are geared towards giving back to the community. She had a VERY rough childhood, but was able to succeed never the lass. She is a drug cousellor in one of the projects in the city and tries to help others see the light the she found.

Any Ideas?

Dude I’m to tired. I have a joke that might lighten you up…

Ok, two freshman guys are sitting in class talking.

Guy 1: You know what man? I kinda like a girl who’s a bit of a smartass.
Guy 2: Why?
Guy 1: Well, because if you are staring at their butt you might learn something.

Both guys start cracking up, and the teacher overhears.

She comes over and says: If that was how learning worked, you two would have already graduated!

Umm this may get you into trouble but a buddy of mine went to some speech dot com site and then just put the names in! I don’t know the site name but you could likely google or search it up. He made a joke of it and told everyone he was terrible at speeches at the wedding, confessed to doing this right off and everyone thought it was hilarious! Ya can’t beat honesty, really…lol.

Just a thought!

You could even find a poem or something completely different…good luck anywho!

well she sounds like a great person you know good things about her just say all of that but give her alot of credit and let her know that you think she is a great person say some of the things she into….like idk if every one here knows this but she is a very strong person n she is also drug cousellor n shes the perfect person for my bro to be with and im happy you r in his life idk put in a joke if you can but you have alot of info on her if you can find out more about her from someone that would be good
