I have a problem!

I have been going to bed around 3 or 4 every morning. At night when I TRY to get tired and go to sleep I just cant seem to do it. I get nice and comfy in my bed but then something in my room is out of place or I have a sudden urge to go pee even if I don’t have to. Then I get in bed and have to go again! Or sometimes my finger nails are too long and I tell myself to cut them in the mornings but I get a feeling that I have to cut them asap. or I have to make sure all my dresser drawers are closed perfectly and not an inch opened. whats my deaaaaal?!

how about invigorating chess match while doing chin ups on a treadmill balancing a champagne flute on your head while death metal blares and a small dog nips at your heels?

I got an idea. Maybe you’re sleeping in too late. Try setting an alarm to get up nice and early. Even if it means you’ll be tired as hell that day. Then you’ll be too tired to care about any of that when you go to bed.
It’s possible that’ll work.

stop worrying. And also stop worrying about being worried.
