we can’t make you go to sleep on time, you have to do it. not us.
set a bed time with plenty of sleep then stick to it, it’s not that hard and it is a necassary part of life,
geez
It might not be hard for you but it is for me
geez
no it’s hard for me too. i have trouble standing still, it’s not so easy to lay still.
try going through a routine every night, it will let your mind know it is bed time. and promotes good hygeine..
gosh
For me once I start getting up early and doing school and then dancing for the rest of the day I’m ready to sleep.
Also try counting sheep. :)
good idea! yeah I bet my sleeping pattern will be better once school gets started

If you have to eat before bed, eat something small with peanut butter - or a little bowl of cereal. Warm milk or tea is also good for calming you down. Taking a soothing shower before bed is also a good way to relax, for me at least.
Don’t watch TV or use the computer before/in bed. Turn that stuff off at least an hour before, and if you find yourself in bed with nothing to do, unable to sleep - don’t toss and turn, just turn on the light and do something relaxing like reading a book. (Don’t be tempted to turn on the computer/tv/videogames, though, the lights will just confuse your mind).
Hope you get to sleep early tonight!
too late its 2:00. But tomorrow night I’ll try what you told me. Thanks:D
Well, homework can make you sleepy.
Also, don’t eat chocolate for 3 hours or so before sleeping. Of course, don’t drink pop///coffee
Lastly, a cycle must be set up. Force yourself to get up at like 5 am and then you will be tired for bed. The experts say that when you go to sleep at the same time and wake at the same time everyday, you will get into a pattern.
It takes something like 21 days of doing the same thing faithfully to get yourself into the habit.
But I should be one to talk…here I am up at midnight; and I won’t be going to bed anytime soon.

The key to my 4.3 GPA was sleeping about four to five hours a night, then crashing on weekends. All I know is that it works.
