what is an inexpensive way to GAIN weigh and keep it on ?

please help

I’m 14 and a male, I have a very fast metabilism . I eat a regularly and healthy but can’t seem to gain any weigh.

dear friend, i have the same problem, i am 44 and weigh 107. i eat 4 times a day, its hopeless, my doc. tells me to eat a choc. shake every day and sit still for 1 hour after eating.

Well, you should eat three main meals a day consisting of plenty of protein and carbohydrates. Then make up nutricious snacks throughout the day.
You could also try protein shakes? Which is basically concentrated protein powder!
It will help you built up muscle and body weight

Eat more towards the nighttime. That’s when your metabolism is at its slowest.

yeah, eat more at night. and fatty foods should help.
