I need help!

I need different views on my situation. I am currently living with my boyfriend and we made a real commitment, that we are going to move to Arizona.

Now the situation is that we almost had all of our ducks in a row, when all the sudden the lady that was going to be renting our house that we live in now, decided that she can’t do it anymore. So basically I’m at home preparing for the move while my boyfriend goes to work every day and WE HAVE NO ONE RENTING OUR HOUSE ANYMORE. We can’t move unless someone is renting from us.

We still are set on moving out there, we have promising jobs in Arizona, but no one is buying the house and it is basically up to me to get the ball rolling on looking for renters….. Where do I start? What information do I need to know? Why is my boyfriend not helping me figure it out? Can I do this on my own? How do I turn the situation into one that is promising again.

I have been with my boyfriend for six years and have just now been starting to truly be committed to our goals in life together…. How do I keep it this way? How do I reach that state of mind of just knowing exactly what you should do when it comes to getting stuff done in terms of each others goals?

I know it may sound like a lot of questions I am asking are questions I should be asking my boyfriend, but I am scared to tell him that there are certain things I just don’t know how to start. We’ve been through a lot and it’s too easy to go back to that ugly place the relationship used to be in. I need to step gently and skillfully through this block in the road…..

Have you been in a situation you can compare mine too? Please, I really would like people’s views and experiences to compare to my own!!!

One of you should go to Arizona and one should stay to sort out the house. That way once you can happiley leave your home you will have somewhere to go to. If he can’t handle the renting business then maybe you should step up and take it on board. I have been in a simalar situation my partner and I had to live apart for a year, due to being stuck in a rental agreement..
