life help: I’m so, so tired today. - Help.com

I’m so, so tired today.

I don’t want to even have to breathe, or stand up out of this bed. But the world keeps turning and i’ll just have 2 get up - i’ll just have to breathe and keep walking. Is it possible to just give up and walk away from life, cause I feel so caught up in the world and it’s pressures… it drives me insane. I actually just need someone to hear me scream and know that I’m really not in a good place. there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t wonder what would happen if I just stoped and never started again.

To be down, just like you are now.. u have to have felt the good days once, and even if it might not help you right now, the good days sure will come back again ;)
so instead of thinking what would happen if it all stopped, think about what you would lose if it happened, and if you cant find those things urself, then maybe you just need someone to talk to.

This may sound like a stupid thing to ask, but are you tired as in *yawn* or tired as in tired of life as it is?
If you are tired as in *yawn* then obviously, just try to get lots of sleep. Im gathering, though, that you’re growing tired of life, in which case maybe you need a change of scenery. Take a holiday, lay on the beach, swim, catch a tan and relax! If you feel you don’t need a change of scenery then talk to someone - family, friends, etc and they can help you through it.
Good luck =]

I hear you guys… but any kind of holiday isn’t close. Maybe I just need some sleep - don’t have time for that either actually. Thanks for trying to help. I’ll talk to someone.

B/c if you are , try moving! If your budget can handle it, I know when I was growing up, living with my mom, we moved like every 6 months, b/c she would become extremely restless and bored with the same place quickly

I think lack of sleep is a big big factor in causing problems like this.. Do NOT get into the mode of thinking ‘I don’t have time’ e.g. to sleep, take a break, whatever. I was exactly like that when I let my work take over. You must let yourself have some sort of break.

Yeah, Change is good, very good, Even if its a small change, but something you notice everday

Like change your shower curtain to a diff colour or Hang a new picture up in your bedroom, Just little stuff that keeps things seeming fresh

You just sound bored to be honest, Like you either dont have enough to do or you have alot of the same stuff to do
