Try wearing sunscreen on your face and neck, or go see a dermatologist.

I got heat rashes for the first time last year. It was very bizarre. Try to avoid sweating by staying neic and cool. Avoid using perfumes or lotions too much. Unless you’re going to be in the sun, thne use lots of sun tan lotion.

Make sure none of your cleansers/moisturisers/sunscreens are perfumed, buy hypo-allergenic brands. You havent changed your styling propducts for your hair lately have you? Anything on your hair can cause your face to rash, same with brands of washing powder on your pillowcases.
You can develop an allergy at any time but it is usually down to a change in something you eat, drink, wear or touch. Think carefully, a new brand of drink or sandwich or even a new cat or dog you are coming into contact with. When I was younger I was allergic to a boyfriend - so I had to dump him as I came out in a heat rash every time I so much as sat next to him. If it doent clear up get it checked out so you can get the medications that make it go away immediately - Mas
