Insert ur cd, then open “my computer”, it should be in drive D, then u just drag all the files u want to burn on to it. when ur done you just click the “burn to CD” in the menu to the left of all the files you just added to ur cd.

Im not sure, if all you want is to burn a video to play on a dvd player, that should do, but im not sure about the photos.
