school help: I row, and I’m a a disadvantage because I’m not too tall or “big” but I’m difinitely strong, so how do I get better? - Help.com

I row, and I’m a a disadvantage because I’m not too tall or “big” but I’m difinitely strong, so how do I get better?

Since I have school I can’t go to the gym, so besides erging, what are some good home workouts?

Usually less than 30 minutes, besides push-ups, sit-ups, and wall sits?

You can get rowing machines quite cheap now sometimes around the £100 mark.

I row too and I am in Cincinnati… Erging EVERY DAY for about an hour is what makes you faster. alter between hard and intense workouts to long pieces each week. Cross train.. biking is good. Rowing uses legs a lot, so keep that in mind. Your legs are the strongest part.
