yeah.

my life is officially over. well, things could be worse, but i just got a oui(DUI), mixed with a possession(very small amt) marijuana, and a open container charge. jail for the first and hopefully only time, sucked. dont wannna go back, dont wanna lose my license. any body know a thing or two about the lovely “system” thanks. fresh 21 year old….lol

Well here is some advice… don’t drink and drive again. They have found this reduces the # of DUIs one recieves… lol

Well, depending on what state you are in…but in my state, people do NOT go to jail for their first (second, third, fourth…) DUI. They do NOT go to jail for an ounce or less of mj…it’s a petty offense. They do NOT go to jail for open container.

On the legal side of things: I bet you will get community service and some fines. Of course, on the business side of things: your car insurance rates will sky rocket; this may keep you out of certain jobs in the near future; it could potentially affect your credit (heard that before)

Help me with: Oxycontin: I just read a post about it; and I’m wondering…
