my girlfriend and i where making out and just about

to do the deed but then her 9 year old sister walked in and saw us, now im not sure she understood what was happening but it was still questionable. so any tips to help me try to clear this up would be appreciated

Or better still get three.
Once you’ve done that, relax. It’s commendable that you feel some responsibility towards her sister but it’s probably up to her parents to have ‘that’ conversation with her. Have you talked to your girlfriend about it? She probably has a good idea whether her sister understood it or not.
