It’s probably a bad idea to piss off a moderator, but

if said moderator was overstepping their bounds and removing/closing questions based on their personal beliefs and opinions instead of solely on the terms of use and such how might one go about reporting said moderator to the powers that be here at help.com? i’m pretty certain that i have pissed off this moderator, but i did so using facts and proving said moderator to be a selfish turd [only word i can think of that might not be censored] who is abusing their privileges and power as moderator…and i’m also pretty certain that this moderator will jack my crap up and get me banned from this site…

Please read the following from the Terms of Use:

14. Engage in any illegal activities.

The definition in this case of illegal would follow California State Law. In the United States what you had suggested to a user is illegal and thus I removed the post. In all hoensty, I could have banned you on the spot, but I didn’t. I informed you why I removed the reply and you start to fight me on it. What you told the user to do IS illegal in the United States and therefore I removed it. There is NO way you can deny that.

As for making another account, you’re not the first one to do that and thus we have measures to prevent it.

You can complain all you want about how good what you suggested is but when it comes down to it, it’s illegal in the United States and thus violates the Terms of Use you agreed to.

Chances are I’m not going to ban you, and even more so I’m going to avoid action on your account simply to keep from making a biased action.

If you have a problem with my actions take it up with the admin of the site, Ken linked his profile above.
