mail help: I cannot sign into my Yahoo mail. - Help.com

it has been a long time i even had to change my pass word all it does is load the page and never goes to my mail

I could not sign into my email for a week and there are VERY important emails there! Even when i try reseting the password it said that there is something wrong please try again later! And i cant send anything to yahoo because trying to make a yahoo email it doesnt work!! i cant even sign into that email! PLEASE TELL YAHOO I NEED MY EMAIL, below i entered my Hotmail email because my yahoo one isnt working.

Two days ago, i used my yahoo account normally in the morning, then signed out. At night, I tried to sign in but couldn’t. I thought there were some problems with the connections and waited til the next day. Yesterday, I found out that my account was deleted: my blog, my email, my Y!M (i visited my friends’ blogs, tried to sent email to me by my alternative email). I sent request to yahoo customer care for help, they said that i should wait for their answer within 24 hours, but til now i haven’t received it yet. What happened to me? What can i do? It’s very important to me, my contact list and my email (mostly concerning my study) are lost. How can i get them back? How can i contact yahoo customer service directly, not through an auto answer machine?

Same thing happened with my account.i can sign in my skype but not my ym and yahoo mail,its an unacessible…it said that my password is incorrect..how could it be?i can sign to other pc but not in my own pc.please help if anyone knows about this problem..thanks a lot.

I have had problems for the last 2 months getting into my email using a computer. I can log into my yahoo account, but when I click the link for mail, it only loads halfway then restarts. I have had no problem logging onto my email from my iPhone however, I cannot print anything out. Does anyone know about that?

OH, I have been having the same problem and yahoo said they were working on it. From these e-mails they are probably drinking coffee and ice tea and not really worried about my e-mails. So????????????

I can’t login into my yahoo account for the past 4 days (from Saturday 31/7/2010 to day 3/8/201). Some one has hacked into my account and is sending false message about me to all e-mail addresses I have in my account. According to the message I am stranded in London and need two thousand pounds as loan from such persons.

I can not get into my yahoo account at all. I called yahoo Custmer Service dealt with them for 6hours(NO JOKE) over two days of trying to get into my account. I answered security question #2 but not #1 because I can not remember the answer, but I do think my account may have been compromised because it was a security question that I would not have picked. I gave them other information that would gain me access into my account that no one else would know and they still refused to help. I am in a stuck situation and do not know what to do. All my info, contacts, work, important info is in there!! Does anyone have any ideas on how to get into account and/ or to reset password. HELP!!! VERY frustrated and disappointed yahoo customer.

yahoomail is the worst mail ever i have seen because it always talking about security and what kind of security? when in need i can not use my account so sorry i have to straight forward you security policies are the worst in the world …….

despite my id and password the box always shows that you have entered an incorrect e-mail id and passward so that’s why ?????

i have been trying to log into my ymail account for almost a month now but it always tell me password invalid then later it was saying account deactivated, it has also changed my language which was initialy english to another language which i donot understand.
