Something is causing my inbox messages to automatically DELETE.

If I download an inbox message, it will automatically be deleated after I close it; and I can not download it again. I did nothing to my computer, could a vious cause this to happen ???? Also, if I download (say) the 3rd or lower inbox mail, all the mails above the one I download are also automatically deleated. What HOPPON.????? HELP Help

Run a scan. Norton, AVG , Avast are free antivirus software. Ad-aware, Spybot, Ewido are free spyware removers. You can download free softwares at http://fixit.in/antivirus.html and http://fixit.in/spywareremover.html . You can also run a free registry scan using utilities from http://re7.info
