Ah…Because of the fighting in Georgia I’m pretty sure transportation from there to the U.S would be really hard.

If she has a passport and can safely get to another country then she can fly or ride a boat over to the U.S.A.

The whole immigration and U.S citizen thing will take a really long time…Do you have relatives in New York who have lived in the U.S for more than 13 years that could house her? That is if she were able to come to America.
