Is my mole cancerous?

hey could someone tell me of any website i could find out about the characteristics of a cancerous mole??
Ive tried to book a visit to my doctor but hes very busy..

changed size
Changed color
Uneven edges
Ichy
Crusty
inflamed
bleeding for no reason
Then go to your GP.
