In the grand scheme of things nothing matters at all. However we’re not going to take this view as these trials and tribulations are what fill our lives. Nonetheless, as problems go this one must rank somewhere at the bottom. Being aware of how to use language correctly is no doubt far more important in this instance.

The person who posted this must obviously see their problem as an important problem, and that person has come to us for help. - So we are obliged to help.
No matter how illiterate that person is, they still have the right to be helped.
