Internet help: I cannot open my e-mail — every time I try to open a new - Help.com

I am unable to open any if my e-mails.I am having trouble opening my emails lately. What is wrong please?Cannot access my Emails I’m currently using the free AOL desktop 10.0 I am unable to open my mail when I click on my mail nothing happens.
Help me to resolve the problem

Sounds like you have something kicking in on your operating system.

Do you have any other programs running that shouldnt be running?
Like spyware or firewalls that can prevent you from opening secure web site pages?
Failing that go to Windows live one care, you can google it and the link will take you to microsofts own page. You dont have to install anything, it will run online.
Run the full system check, be warned though

a: it will take a long time to run
b: you need an authentic OS for it to run
c: it will clean your reg and system files so back all that you need.

I run this about once every three months just to check my pc is ok and healthy.
