i need help

i broke up with my 3-year-boyfriend about 9 months ago.
But we stopped talking about 1-month-ago because we were trying to get back, but he was hooked up with this girl (his girlfriend) and he denied it to me and told me that he loved me but one day (when i thought we were coming back together and i was kinda happy) i saw him in a club with the girl (he told me a day before thet he wasn’t dating her anymore and he wanted to get back with me), we didn’t say a word.. and we haven’t talk ever since.

i want to call him.
but he was the one that messed up everything.
what should i do?

Change your mental channel completely. Find other friend(s) who are upbeat and can distract you enough so that you have a good time. Forget about him, he is not available.

NO!!!!!! Call someone else and make a plan. You have to find a way to stop thinking/obsessing about him. Be a mystery to him and perhaps he will miss you and call you. It is so painful to get over someone, but you will get over him.
