can I get rid of ticket for not producing valid registration

and vehicle display expired plate by providing both of them after the fact that i got the ticket in Canada?

It depends on the judge that you go to in order to contest the ticket, most likely. A lot of times they’ll let you off, but they don’t have to. Dress nice and be polite. :)
