Weight loss help?

Im 14, and I wanna lose some weight. Right now ima size 14 and Im 5′9 exactly, some ppl tell me thats not big for my height but I wanna be smaller.

I went from a size 20-14 in like 6 months. It seems like its taking forever for me to lose more weight. What are some ways to lose weight? I would like to lose weight around my arms, stomach, and thighs.

Just how would I do that? I don’t really count calories. I mean I do, in like sodas and juices and chips and crackers and stuff. But if it’s something that my mom cooked. i wouldn’t go digging through the trash to find the boxes just to count that calories.

Will that make me lose weight in all places or just my stomach?

WEll I am a dancer…and I know how it is to be pressured to lose weght.
I am 5′ 8″ and weigh about 125lbs. size 5 in jeans usually

so were not to far apart in height.lol

but if you want to lose weight…I suggest this.
Make a 30 minute plan of excericise to do atleast 3 times a day.. start off with roation exercises to warm your joints up, then strength excercises (like push ups), then stretch excercises…after that do some more strength excercises, and then stretch to loossin any tight muscles…
you’ll get sore probably for the first week, but start off slow.
write it down on paper and put it in a schedule book or somthing so you wont forget. and dont forget to reward yourself…like buy yourself a new pair of shoes…or a small candy bar..

Nutrition fact:
Don’t eat the bad sugars.
I would say go a little vegitarian for about ten days…dont forget peanuts though for protien.
almonds and grapefruit juice also help you lose calories..

but after abou 10 days you can slowly start with your regular eating habits…but hopefully by then, your stomach will shrink, causing you to not eat as much, making you to maintain a helathy weight…
its hard.
but you could do it
just be careful, and make sire you DO eat, especially a good brfeakfast, which helps metabolism

also with the exercise, do things you are comfortable with until you feel stronger to make it longer, or add more days too it.
playingmusic usually makes it more enjoyable and a good way to keep track of time.

Thanks, I do dance while listening to my i-pod almost everyday for about 3 hours. Not to lose weight, but I just find it fun. I’ve noticed my thighs shrinking some.

Hmmm, go vege for about 10 days. I guess I could try it. I eat a lot of pasta. ppl have told me that it’s not good for you and ppl have told me that it is. So which one is it, because i get confused about that.

Pasta is bad for you because it is all carbonhydrates, and bad sugar… now its good to eat pasta if you are on like track and you have a big race the next day and you need alot of energy,
but if you love pasta you can buy pasta that is made with wheat, and nutrients, which makes it a little healthier.

but I suggest staying away from the pasta for a while…lol
usually anything white, isnt usually amazingly healthy (aka: manyonaise, pasta, dressing, white bread …etc.)

I’ve heard that instead of Ground beef, use Ground Turkey or Ground Chicken. Im not so sure, because truthfully, me and you wear the exact same size >.> and im the exact same height too >.>, and the exact same age >.>, Sooo this post will be very helpful to me.

lol your welcome.

I get alot of nutrition facts from my dance school, because we sometimes have meetings with hutritionists.
haha

but ground beef has alot of fat in it

and ground turkey and ground Chicken is more lean

that is why your are told to eat turkey bacon instead of regular bacon too.

Veggiterian meat is good too! taste just like beef.
but I’d stick wiht meat for protien
