I have a boyfriend in Georgia and i just moved.

He says he still loves me n i love him to but i don’t know if i should tell him that he can move on if he wants to because i don’t want him wasting his life on me when he may never see me again but i dont want to let him go.

I would tell him that you love him.
Taken into the fact that you have Acknowledged that he’s moving.
If you and him want to end it, keep in mind that you guys shall still have that close bond and forever will.
