Get up, move around, and stretch your body out. It might be a gas bubble and this will help. If not, continue to look into your symptoms.

do you smoke?

it sounds like you could have some sort of infection going on… bronchitis or pneumonia staring..

either way… you need to see a doctor anyways.. just to make sure its nothing serious.

wake your mom up and tell her how you feel and ask if you can get a doctors appointment…if it was really serious, then you wouldn’t even be considering the fact that they’re sleeping.

do not use aspirin at your age.
The key to understanding how sick you are is do you have a temperature.
Measure your temperature. Do you have a digital thermometer.
Take your temperature and come back here and tell me.

I think you should get some rest. And make sure to drink plenty of water and eat regularly. See a doctor! I hope you feel better soon!

you should borrow a thermometer or buy one.
But if you do not have a temperature then it is highly unlikely that you have pneumonia. Pneumonia is a serious disease and usually makes you feel very sick.
Not just the cant breathe thing.
I highly suspect that it may be related to your yoga.
You may have stretched something in the chest area and its sore.

and also if you have viral pneumonia the doctors just to send you home
because it’s untreatable. But if it’s bacterial pneumonia you need antibiotics.
But this will be with the temperature.

You can test the yoga idea by doing a similar pose that you think
would irritate your chest. Then take a deep breath while you’re doing that pose.
If it hurts I suspect the yoga.

but if she’s new to yoga she may have done a pose which stretched that area too much.
