I’m having too much trouble connecting to verizon to

use my email, send or recieve email, if I start typing and stop for a moment, the words pop up at anywhere other than where they’re supposed to. When I call verizon they can’t here me on the phone that has so much static it’s virtually impossible to hear a phone call. And I’m mad as hell and thinking about discontinuing my service.
