Love help: My Zune’s not working. - Help.com

My Zune’s not working.

My Zune,( which I love so very much ) is not working. It won’t play songs, it goes in a weird spiny thing when I try to play songs, and……….when I plug it into my computer is won’t sync. Help!!! I can’t lose it!

call customer service. or if you have a warranty get a new one. It sounds like its flat out broken. Lol my 3 year old ipod didnt break yet.

W/e. no I don’t have a warranty. It’s actually ,my brother’s friend’s. He throw it away thinking it didn’t work, and then my brother took it out of his trash and gave it to me. lol. It was working fine for a long time……

i am having the same problem. but the most sad part of me that i live in turkey. i dont know what to do:(:( ive sent an email to the microsoft customer service and im waiting for the reply..
