i have ALWAYS had regular periods that are on the dot everytime.

my cycles are like 28-33 days. my last period was august 2 at 33 day cycle.
i started bleeding last night a week before my period is due. my period is due on the 4th of sept.
i’ve been having mild cramping. bleeding is light. i do need a pantyliner. sore nipples. frequent need to pee. lower back pain. leg cramps. could this be implantation bleeding or could it just be that my period has started a week early.
when can i take a test to be for sure.

I don’t know of any test, but periods can be random sometimes; have you talked with your mom, or another older woman? How long have you been timing your period? You may want to talk with a doctor just to be safe.
