MY LAPTOP WON’T SWITCH OFF?

!
Ok well i try to switch it off and it won’t,it’s a HP pavalon, and Im getting sick of it now! I have to shut it off by pressing the power button…….why is this happening how can i fix it? I hope someone can help me :) PLZZZZZZZZZ :)

Have you checked the hibernation settings, and do you have it plugged in to charge?

Depends what operating system you have. Try shutting down without the battery in the laptop, but the power plugged in…

lol ok well i always shut it that way but the problem is that i have tried shutting it everyway and it still won’t switch off it just says “shurring down” and it never does i left it like that for two days straight and it kept going on sleep mode and when i returned to it it still said “switching off”

it tries to install something but everytime i switch off it wont install the update because it won’t switch off! what do i do :S

hi instal skybot and ccleaner and run them more often so that it will increase system speed and removes spyware and trozans
