I have an appoinment at the Gastroenterologist’s tommorrow, what should I expect?

Its my first ever aptmnt and Im really scared/nervous. What should I expect him to do on the first visit? Most of my worries are because Im really self concious and I dont really want any ’strange’ tests. Any info or help is great thanks!

think positively. I’m not sure what they do. but its all for a good reason, to make sure your healthy. I mean going to the obgyn is not fun. but i suck it up and go any ways. and just think its for a good cause.. you! i wish you the very best. i’d be ur cheering squad if i could.

I’m guessing your appointment is over, but if you have any other questions, feel free to ask me. I have Crohn’s disease, so I see my GI allll the time.
