just regular excersize and a lot of determination. I weighed 208 pounds and after just 4 weeks of working out for just one hour a day with no changes to my eating habits I’ve lost 5 pounds. that’s more than a pound a week!

WOrk out!!! lol
HEALTHY DIET!!!

I am a dancer, and this is what I follow:
its always the best and healthiest way I beleive.

come up with excersise routines and start with warming up joints, then physical things like pushups, then stretch, do more physical things like crunches, then do a stretch.
make it about 30 minutes, and try out with maybe 3 days a week. as you keep working on it, do more than that, and do things longer.

try a more fruit and veggie diet. grapefruit juice helps burn calories and also almonds.
dont do too many carbs.
eat breakfast too. and nice one…no poptarts. lol.
