no room to burn off the callories, the reason breakfast is most important meal is because this has the calories you need to burn off for the rest of the day. eating at night kinda defeats the purpose

It depends what you eat at night, if you’re hungry and eat something with protein in it, i.e yogurt then you wont gain weight at least too much. The thing is when the body is at rest it doesnt burn as many calories. Crazy is right, if you have breakfast in the morning you burn that off throughout the day, little and often is best, five or six SMALL healthy meals consisting of protein and carbs, (healthy ones) veg or fruit. Make your last meal of the day a snack around 8pm. :-) (Healthy)i.e yogurt or a good cereal with lowfat milk.

Thank you so much for answering to my question.
I think I need to curb my appetite. However, it is hard as you know.
I usually find some food at night when I am watching television or movies.
These attract me to have something and make me really hungry.
I guess I need to change this habit.

Just try to eat healthier hon, the potatoe chips taste really yummy yes, but they are intended to taste like that, then you want more and more of them, try to cut back on anything with salt , salt is very addictive and not good for your heart.
If you crave sweet things try strawberries, or something naturally sweet, the carbs will give you a natural energy. Have bran for breakfast followed by some fresh fruit or a low fat yogurt, try to mix carbs and protein , the protein will stay by you longer and help with the munchies. :-)
