That doesn’t mean focusing on him, maybe spend some times bettering yourself and your health and well-being. Apologize to him maturely and calmly, get your point across, if he wants you back he’ll come, if not he won’t, so persisting is futile. In the mean time do the best you can to look after yourself.

Sometimes we make mistakes. But its time to move on and make new, happier memories with someone else.

How are you doing, now? I can tell how sorry you feel for your boyfriend and how much you regret your mistake. What the others have said about everyone making mistakes is so true. A mistake brings with it the potential to to motivate you to do great things in the future. I believe in making up for my mistakes by giving to others until I feel better. I do volunteer work that helps others with their difficult problems. You can make positive contributions to the world from here on out. Use this time of regret to fuel your desire to do good deeds. Have you considered the suggestion I made in my earlier reply? It really has worked for me when I have made my biggest mistakes. In fact, if my suggestion helps you, then I have redeemed myself for one of my mistakes that hurt someone. So, if you try my suggestion, you will have helped me out. And, I need all the help I can get. I have made so many mistakes in my life.

we all make mistakes. you have to forgive yourself. if this is the biggest thing you’ve screwed up, you’re lucky. did you try apoligizing?

the guy who i cheated with…he is a jerk.idk why i did it. it didn’t even really happen, bc he was impotent, but he went around bragging how he did it…and that is how my ex found out. i am angry, i am sad, and i am hurt…nothing helps…i just want to go away…no desire to live

shut up. dont even think about suicide. if you say anything like that again im leaving. i will never consider suicide again after i thought about all the people in the military who are willing to die to keep me alive. we both owe it to them because they care about you enough without even knowing you to be willing to die to keep you alive.

i am very rarely happy also. it doesnt matter. me, i found that physical pain makes me happy. i love wrestling and other violent activities that cause pain. i love it. dont cut because its addictive. even if you can never be happy, shouldnt you try to make the most of your life, even if its miserable? you can use your knowledge in this situation to help other people who feel the same way, to let them know that someone can relate to them.

its easy to feel misunderstood. first you need to know why you cheated. think about it. really think. for a while. meditate on it. when you have figured it out, even if its a stupid reason, explain it to your ex. maybe wait a while to let him cool down. if you have a good reason, say that you were stupid and sorry and that nobody can compare to him, and he still doesnt give you a second chance, then hes heartless and not worth your time.

ok, well you cant explain something to someone who doesnt want to listen. giving him some time to cool off might be a good idea if it was recent. 7 years is a long time, so i dont know how to address that. thats half as long as ive been alive. yes, ive considered suicide more than once but didnt..

uhh 5 months is a long time, but after 7 years i guess its not that much…i dont really remember what made me think of suicide, i get in these succeed-fail cycles and when everything i do fails, its easy to want it to end. an example of everything failing would be: i start to crush on my best friend and she breaks my heart, i lose all my wrestling matches, i gain 4 pounds(which matters in wrestling), i fail 3 or 4 quizes and my mom gets all over me because now i would have a B+ in the class, after trying for months to get an engine to run on hydrogen, spending a ton of time and money, i cant get the last vital piece to work and all the effort was wasted. its pretty easy with all these things not going the way you want them to at once to think of suicide…in my opinion…….

experience: i only said the whole suicide thing becaue bejbe.n requested it, im not feeling that way now, ever since i thought of the army thing.

there not much i can say at this point other than it will pass and you need to try to make the most of your life. in my opinion if you kill yourself you are scum. people should be stronger than that and killing yourself is a selfish action because you just dont want to deal with life which makes you sound like a whiny little kid. “o, my life is too hard. im just going to kill myself so i dont have to deal with it like everyone else.” you are stronger than that right? you can make it through this. it will be hell, but you can do it. people have made it through harder things and so can you.

do u live with ur parents? do u have siblings? I bet u do…i live alone…with nobody…alone all the time…going crazy. i am not proud of my suicidal thoughts, but when nobody wants to be by my side…death feels so good

umm yeah, i live with my parents and have siblings. but this isnt about me. why do you live alone? if you’re not proud of your thoughts, dont think them, if you start to think about suicide, tell yourself you arent going to do it and think about puppies or something. and i mean as soon as the thoughts start. the second you start thinking “why am i always alone?” stop and think about something else, anything positive. people may want to be by your side and you have shut them out or made them go away, sort of like your boyfriend.
