Don’t graze, I just do that all day when I’m at home, a piece of toast here and a yoghurt there and then I get squidgy round the edges but when I keep myself busy I get all sleek again!

try not to think about it, and step yourself off slowly.

I used to have a habbit of eating untill I was completely full, and stopping that is start, slowly step your way down to less food and it wont be so hard. if you eat junk food all the time slowly step away from that also.

its very hard if you cold turkey anything, but after a while of stepping back, your stomach will shrink and you simply wont be able to eat as much, and you (beleive it or not) stop craving junk food after you step off it.

taking multi-vitamins helped me also, you get cravings because your body needs something, and vitamins make sure that void is filled a little better.

also get into a habbit of eating 5 small meals a day instead of a couple huge ones, also make lunch your big meal instead of dinner.

a lot of this applies to losing weight (im assuming thats what you want). I lost 55 lbs and kept it off so theres some truth here :)

You are clearly eating for a reason, and it may not be a physical reason, it could be psychological, such as comfort eating. keep a food diary and work out when you are eating and if there are any triggers to it. Then you will need to find something to replace this activity, remove the triggers or deal with them some other way.
