It get performed Illegal Operation message everytime I open most programs!

Please help me as most of the stuff I use gets this message.
e.g When I open MS Express I get “Msimn” has performed an illegal
operation. When I open other stuff I get “xxxxprogram” or whatever has
performed an illegal………

Have I got a VIRUS??? I’ve tried ScanDisk.
If so, how do I get rid of it and get everything back to normal.
Please help me. I’m really desperate!

You need to a system restore that should resolve the error. Hope this helps :-)

win32 error should be a virus yes. system restore would do nothing because thats just to change back settings
