What do you mean by “mean”?
Where do you live? (with the country should be enough)

fact - learning another language is a good thing
fact - language teachers are usually poorly qualified
fact - foreign language is not the most important subject, compared to allmost any other subject
stand up for yourself, whats the worst they can do, teaching you is their job,
report it

Do you give her a motive to treat you badly?

I mean, you study something or not?

I think she needs to know that you do not asks questions for fun. You ask them because you do not understand. If she is still isn’t cooperative, then speak with the head of the school.

Go to the head directly. If she won’t listen to you, then bring your parents if you can, they will give you more presence and won’t be dismissed so lightly.
