That’s because you had managed to go passed the six week stage. You had managed to completly rid yourself of all the chemicals that are in them. Hows your throat?

That’s because nicotine is a stimulant. Throw them away..wet them first in the toilet…this will stop you waiting for them to dry out..Buy some boiled sweets to suck on.

ok… i packed in smoking 6 yrs in december, prob that was due to nursing dad thru cancer.
being a non smoker is all about balance.
depending on what you drink when you smoke change your drink
change your diet
drink lots of water
might sound silly get betting shop pen carry it in your hand 24/7 if you can.
this acts as a cig you need to occupy your hands
take deep breaths.try it you might find it helpfull.

You have the power to do whatever you want. Free will. All it takes is a bit of self control.

2 months?! good for you. keep it up.
the most difficult thing i found is when people stopped and then slipped… they just could not stop but smoke even more packet a day… which is much worse i believe
for me, i tried to stop several times, now i just kinda limit it… never smoked more than a packet of 20 per three days for the past year or so…
occasional slips up once a month or so, like during weekends and stuff, but i think i’ve managed to heavily reduce though… good enough for me

hope i can borrow help robot’s system, and my answer would just appear automatically whenever one had similar post…
