Its really difficult because my mum and dad want me to go to this one school,
but i’m NOT dure if i want to.
I no that maybe i shouldnt have a choice, but my parents have given me one.
i go back to school tomorrow, and i need to decide NOW!

This is really serious!

Well you’re going to be spending some of your best and worst years there, so make the most of the fact that you have a choice. Just go with whichever you think will be both fun and will help you learn (It sounds boring, but it’s good in the long run). If you want you can give the pros and cons of both schools and I’ll work it out with you further. Good luck

Don’t panic, keep yourself together. What are the differences between the two? Which would you rather go to and why?

I suggest you calm down, make a list of the good points of each school and the bad points of each one too, then make your decision from there.

Well it’s much easier to go from a higher school to a state school than to go from a State School to a higher one. You could say to her that you think that you aren’t confident about going to a school you think is above your level. If that fails, then go to the higher school and try and keep up with the work. If you are having too much of a hard time, then ask to go to the State School. Hopefully your grades should be enough to prove to your parents if you are good enough to stay in higher school. If the worst comes to the worst then you will go to State School where you don’t know anybody, which is the position you’re in now.

Well, that isn’t an option. You need school, plus it can also be fun! Just tell your mom that you think that Steiner is going to be too hard for you and you two can talk about it from there and hopefully come to a decision. Good luck =)

It’s because she wants the best for you. Tell her that it would be a waste of money to pay for a school that will only cause problems and won’t help.

My parents were really encourageing, because i wrote to the head teacher of the
State School to get in there, and they were saying (my mum & dad) that they were really proud of me and everything, but now, they’re being really mean and harsh and its confusing me.

In that case, go to Steiner, try your best and if you really aren’t keeping up, it won’t be long before your parents find out and eventually send you to state school. And who knows, maybe Steiner won’t be as hard as you think it will be. I’m sure they had a good reason to accept you and I’m sure your parents believe in you if they sent you there. =)

Well, you won’t know if you don’t try. Sometimes you just have to dive in and hope for the best. Your parents won’t keep you in Steiner if they see you lagging behind the rest. Think about it from their view, they don’t want to pay alot of money for a school that isn’t helping their child.

flip a coin….

but don’t look at it when it lands. When it’s in the air, one of the schools will pop into your head and you’ll think: “Oh I hope it’s “D School”!!”

This is the school you choose.

:)
