Should we do it?

My friend Misty and her husband Wesley are building a house on some property that was passed down to them. Right now they live in a camper on the property to save money and to be close to the new house. The house will be finished sometime in November. When it is finished, Misty offered to let Ty and I live there for a hundred dollars a month. This is good for a lot of reasons. Misty and Wesley will have a little extra money from us, we’ll have more money because it’s no where near what we’re paying for rent now, my dog Andy will have room to play outside, and Ty and I have always wanted to live in a camper. There’s no ned to tell me how weird we are, I already know.

So what do you think, any advice or if we choose to move in, what should we look out for? As far as our friendship is concerned?

Just try to stay out of their space, don’t make it too crowded. I think that would suck, lol!

Be ready to hand over some control to them, nothing is free in this world.

What’s a camper?

I thought about both of those things, I don’t really want to invade their space but Misty and I are really close, she understands that we need a break from each other sometimes.

A camper is a house on wheels.

Not a problem…you can be happy anywhere as it is all in the attitude! Sounds like a win-win situation!

Moving in with a friend can be tricky. You need to be careful. The good part of this situation is your not moving into there house your moving into a camper outside. This may not be bad at all. Just be sure not too overstep your invitation too stay at there property. They may not want you walking over too there house 4 times a week to borrow sugar (this all depends on your relationship with them). As long as your respectful of there privacy and don’t mind giving up a little control (and personal privacy) it should be OK. Oh and make sure you pick up after your dog lol.

I’ve basically lived with my friends for 3 years now and it’s been working out great. :) I guess the whole thing is that you need to be sure that you can live with them before you move in, but seeing as you’re such good friends maybe that won’t even be a problem. I just hope the camper could house all you guys!

LOL, I thought the same thing, two people and two dogs… not the best candidates for a camper.
