Whatever the reason, you CAN and WILL overcome it. Through your strength, your willpower and your faith. We on help.com are here to help you overcome these times of hardship.

It will be difficult and it wont be easy, but it is not forever.

In the time it takes you to read this, a few others in the world have already taken their lives. You’re still alive, so you still have time to choose differently. Because suicide is very much a choice you have to make. It is not a choice that can be made for you. I am not here to talk you out of it. I am here to help you make a decision that you can live or die with in peace. It’s going to take about 5 minutes of your life, a life that you can’t see much point in continuing. But since you found your way here, another 5 minutes probably isn’t going to hurt anything.

In my few years online, I have met dozens if not tons of people who find themselves thinking the exact same thoughts you’re thinking — I can’t go on any longer. I just feel too overwhelmed by it all. Nobody loves me, and those who do are just saying it; they’re probably lying. I’ve gone on feeling so bad for so long, I just don’t feel like I can take it any more. I give up.

If you recognize yourself in some of those words, that’s good. That means that despite all of the bad feelings you’re feeling, you can identify some of those feelings that have been felt by others. Trust me, that won’t make anything I have to say easier. But it does give us a small reason to hope.

You are still alive. You are still reading. You are still you. One more light in a world of darkness. There is hope. x

Ok so check it out if you are truly serious about this thing as you should be cause the world turn and we fall away who’s to say we can’t choose when we fall cause you know we are going to all fall anyway. So i recommend getting a high class prostitute, an 8 ball of cocaine, rent a hotel room spend the night in a bliss of breasts and snow then when you truly can’t take anymore pleasure, take a look at your bank account, realize how much money you just spend how decadent it really was but how much pleasure and enjoyment you got out of it and if you really want to kill yourself then eat a bottle full of sleeping pills and slowly slip away, or you could go the dramatic way and jump out of the window.

OK, drink over 2 1/2 gallons of water in UNDER 2 Hours. It’s supposed to get you constipated, then you lose consciousness and then you die like that due to brain and lung swelling. it is a convenient death but it might be painful for a moment.

but really it’s ok, we’re all gonna live or die together.

suicide may be permanebt solution but sometimes it feels like it is the only solution. i have waited for years hoping that things would get better but nothing has changed, so its not a temporary problem
